Prizes
- Four Grand Prizes winners will each be eligible for an all-expense-paid two-week international exchange program (two in each of the age categories: 14-17 and 18+)
- Winning videos will gain recognition by expert judges and featured on ExchangesConnect, our international networking site, as well as YouTube, MySpace, Friendster, Facebook, Orkut and many others.
Details
- "My Culture + Your Culture = ? Share Your Story" is an online video contest open to individuals 14 years old and older worldwide.
- Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes and uploaded at http://Connect.State.gov.
- Videos will be judged on Originality, Creativity, Effectiveness and Production Quality.
- Videos will be peer reviewed by the ExchangesConnect community who will vote on their 40 favorite videos. The top 40 will be ranked by and esteemed panel of judges who are former participants in U.S. Department of State's exchange programs. Winners will be determined by highest ranking videos.

Timeline
- Upload your video from December 1, 2008 to January 26, 2009.
- Grand Prize winners will be announced March 16, 2009.
- Exchange programs will take place as early as summer 2009.
