Entry Requirements and Rules:

Each video group may consist of a minimum of 2, but no more than 10 students

• Each student must be registered in a public or private high school, grades 9-12 in Texas

• Each video group must select a team captian for notification purposes

• Each video group must acquire an adult sponsor for R.A.T. day

• Each video group may only upload one video, no longer than 30 seconds

• Each video submission should be considered a public service announcement, no vulgarities, inappropriate content or negative subliminal messages

• Each video will be subject to a 3 judge panel critique based on originality and creativity (30%), communication of an anti-tobacco message (30%) and overall appeal (40%)

Contest begins December 2, 2009
Contest ends, all entries must be uploaded by March 22, 2010

How do I submit my entry:

Create a free SchoolTube account under your school before uploading entry. Log in at ww.SchoolTube.com.

1. Click the UPLOAD button at the top of the webpage.

2. Follow the simple steps below when prompted to ensure entry into the contest:

3. Fill in Title, Description and use these Tags: Rally Against Tobacco

4. Important- Select for Category 1 "Contests" then select subcategory "Rally Against Tobacco Contest". This is where your video will be seen on SchoolTube once moderated.

5. Accept terms and conditions then select file and upload your video in one of the formats listed. That's it, good luck!
