WheredjaGo?

SchoolTube wants to know “Wheredjago?”. We know you have pictures or maybe even videos from your trips and vacations this summer. Tell us a bit about the places you went and what you did. Take your pictures and turn them into slideshows and if you have both video and pictures, put them together into your own summer highlight reel. The winners will receive a SchoolTube T-shirt, and their videos will be displayed on SchoolTube’s homepage as well as National Geographic’s Travel & Places category. The only requirement is that you somehow mention where you were. We want you to have fun and be creative so there is no set criteria but here are some things you may want to include in your video.

-Pictures

-Video

-Fun facts about the city/town/state you were in

-What you did while you were there

-Why others should go there

-What your favorite part of the trip was

Important: In order to be eligible, make sure to upload your video to the Travel & Places category and tag your video WheredjaGo.

This opportunity is quite simple; we are looking for student videos and digital photo stories.

ANY video your class or school creates is a worthwhile, educational experience, so we welcome the beginner or experienced video producer! National Geographic will view these videos and they have a big interest in any and ALL types of student-produced media.  We cannot promise that your video will get their attention, but just know a very real possibility to be published exists!
