October 1, 2007 is the deadline to upload video entries into all Elective Speech categories in the Words That Shook the World 2nd National High School Public Speaking competition. Elective Speech categories include topics on "Giving Back", "Diversity", "Legal Issues", and "Science & Technology". Check out www.WordsThatShookTheWorld.com for information on rules and guidelines.
